Biogen is a large multinational pharmaceutical organisation, with the leading portfolio of medicines to treat multiple sclerosis (MS), the first and only approved treatment for spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) and is at the forefront of research into new medicines for neurological and neurodegenerative conditions. As such they regularly have a need to distribute research-based materials, often as presentations on video.

In the below example – a discussion of the effects of living with ME, at the 67th annual meeting of the American Academy of Neurology, the brief was clear. They needed a form of navigation to make accessing different parts of the video accessible. The video was 1.5 hours long, so providing a means of locating relevant information was important to keep viewers engaged. This was distributed to thousands of ME specialists around the world.
